Jacob grew up in Florida, where he graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in political science. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where he was an Edward F. Hennessey scholar, before settling here in Northern Virginia. Jacob and his partner Nick formed Solan Alzamora in 2011 with the goal of providing top-tier legal representation with the personal attention that only a small law firm can offer.
A proud Ecuadorian-American, Jacob is fluent in Spanish and appreciates the opportunity to represent those clients navigating the U.S. legal system for the first time.
Jacob resides in Alexandria with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, gardening, and cooking. He is a vocal supporter of the Washington Nationals and his beloved Florida Gators.
